For all special and individual orders: 

     The Natural Stitch guarantees a colour match to the best of natures ability. Due to the complexity of botanical and plant materials being in and out of season, consistency between harvests and crops might take additional time to match. This will be covered in consultations via phone, skype, and/or email conversations. If time lapses are too great, a full refund will be processed with no questions asked. If you are unhappy with the product's colour match, a full refund will be provided once the product is received back per a pre-paid packing slip provided by myself. 

For all ready-made orders:

     The Natural Stitch guarantees all colours to match that come from the same dye batch and lot. If a bulk order of matching colours is needed, please email or contact us to request a special bulk order (5 or more of the same batch and lot) to ensure the colours to be a proper match.
